Snow removal in Aurora will take longer to complete following consecutive winter storms.
The Town of Aurora has received over 30 cm of snow, and our crews have been working day and night to clear roads and sidewalks. However, heavy accumulation, continuous blowing snow, and other challenges are making progress difficult.

All Town recreation centres and scheduled programming are open. If any individual programs need to be cancelled, participants will be directly notified. ATS and ATS Café will be closed today. The Corporation of the Town of Aurora declares a significant weather event due to Snowfall Warning issued by Environment Canada. Heavy snow and ice pellets are expected with accumulation amounts up to 25 cm.
